This group of 4th and 5th grade students comes in for thirty minutes Monday through Thursday before school to get their workout in. They understand that increasing blood flow in the body turns the brain and body on preparing them to learn. Bigger, stronger, faster, and smarter each day is what we strive for. Our goal is simple, live active and eat healthy.
This morning Fifteen 4th, and 5th grade students worked out for thirty minutes with Mr. O’Brien. Our focus was goal setting, pre-testing, and heart rate monitors.
This club is designed to help 4th and 5th graders that want to make an extra effort toward fitness understand how their bodies work and how they can help themselves become bigger, faster, stronger, and smarter.
