This morning Fifteen 4th, and 5th grade students worked out for thirty minutes with Mr. O’Brien. Our focus was goal setting, pre-testing, and heart rate monitors.
This club is designed to help 4th and 5th graders that want to make an extra effort toward fitness understand how their bodies work and how they can help themselves become bigger, faster, stronger, and smarter.
